5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at eg99 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing. Note that wagering requirements apply only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A user may take advantage of a promotion only once.
• If multiple accounts are used to claim bonus benefits, all accounts will be terminated.
• In any dispute relating to bonuses, eg99's decision will be considered final.
• eg99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

All games offered on eg99 are operated according to specific rules and regulations. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game interface. Game outcomes are determined entirely by an electronic Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.

If a technical error occurs during gameplay, our system will automatically cancel the bet and return the wagered amount. In live casino games, the dealer's decision and the game provider's rules are final. eg99 is not responsible for any games missed due to a loss of connection.

6.1 Sports Betting

If any of the above activities are proven, eg99 may terminate the account and forfeit all balances without prior warning. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

eg99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.

8.2 Account Closure by the User
